Authentic Wholehearted Living was born from the desire and a deep knowing that there was a universal need to transcend limited beliefs and humanness.
We believe that universal consciousness needs to change the way we think in order to co-create what we coined “Authentic Wholehearted Living” which to us, means simply living from the place of worthiness without fear or reservation, telling the truth always, and knowing that in each moment, we each are guided by the Holy Spirit or a Universal Power greater than ourselves, whether we want to believe it or not!
Through this awareness, we realized that all the matters for all of us is to live through our AUTHENTIC POWER!

Meet Our Founder
Hey family! I’m Mabel—Spiritual Life Coach, Spiritual Mixologist, and Practitioner of God’s Presence!

Yes… I said Spiritual Mixologist. I mix joy, truth, healing, lots of Holy Spirit seasoning, and just enough laughter so we don’t take ourselves too seriously on this journey of life. My heart is all about joy, authenticity, and supporting people come fully alive in who they truly are. My energy is vibrant, my heart is open, and my mission is simple: to support you in reconnecting with your divine truth and living from it every single day.

Now listen… my journey didn’t start on a mountaintop singing hymns with perfect hair. It began in one of the most transformative seasons of my life—after my divorce from a fourteen-year marriage. And let me tell you… that will either wake you up or knock you out. In my case? It woke me ALL the way up.
​
That’s when I entered a deep inner awakening—learning how to heal, how to listen inwardly, and how to truly surrender to the leading of the Holy Spirit… even when I didn’t fully understand what was happening. And what I discovered along the way is this: my joy is not just mine. It’s contagious. Like, “don’t sit too close unless you’re ready to laugh and heal” kind of contagious. And it’s meant to be shared.

In 2019, I took a bold step and joined the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development—and that’s where everything shifted. I finally found language for what my soul had always known. I stopped circling my calling and stepped fully into it. Two years ago, I decided, I desire to fully serve God’s Kingdom, and so, I’m at the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development again training to become a Minister of Spiritual Consciousness.

Now I live each day wide open—heart open, mind open, Spirit led, and fully present. And I’m here to walk this journey with you as we rise into deeper truth, purpose, healing, and divine presence together.

Because if we’re honest… nobody is getting through this thing called life alone or looking cute 24/7. We’re growing, evolving, and laughing our way through it.
So, let’s go!!
What I have learned from all of the trials and tribulations I have faced in my own life is my inner guidance, the Spirit within me is my Highest Most Powerful self. Spirit is the key to everything we desire. We just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and one day the light blub switches on and it all makes sense and you understand why…
